Registration Fee for the 2026 Spring Flag Season is $155.00

MEMBERSHIP FEES

This is an annual fee, if you are new to Spring Run then you will need to pay $50.00 membership fee. If you did not play any fall Spring Run Sports but are a member then you will need to pay your $20.00 Renewal membership fee. If you have played a sport for Spring Run this past fall (Fall Football, Fall Baseball, Fall Softball or Fall Basketball then you do not need to pay this fee again.

1st year- $50/family
Renewal- $20/family

WHO CAN PLAY:

We welcome co-ed youth, ages 5-15 (age as of 7/31/2026) and those from surrounding areas including Richmond, Hanover and Henrico. Chesterfield County residents from the following open school zones are very welcome: Alberta Smith, Reams , Winterpock and Woolridge

7U Level: 5-7 years old ( as of 7/31/2026)
9U Level: 8-9 years old (as of 7/31/2026)
11U Level: 10-11 years old (as of 7/31/2026)
13U Level: 12-13 years old (as of 7/31/26)
15U Level: 14 - 15 years old (as of 7/31/26)

** PRACTICE INFORMATION **

FULL TEAM PRACTICES IS TO BEGIN MARCH 9, 2026: Monday & Wednesday - 6:30pm - 7:30pm at LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED ONCE ADVISED BY CQL for the Season!

Game 1 - April 11, 2026
Game 2 - April 18, 2026
Game 3 - April 25, 2026
Game 4 - May 2, 2026
Game 5 - May 9, 2026
PLAYOFFS WILL START - May 11, 2026
CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES - May 16, 2026

ANY REGISTRATION RECEIVED AFTER 3/5/26 WILL STILL RECEIVE JERSEY BUT UNFORTANELTY CANNOT BE PERSONALIZED BY LAST NAME ON JERSEY OR JERSEY NUMBER SELECTION

please use this as your guide for selecting your players sizes.

** REQUIRED SPRING FLAG SEASON FOOTBALL DOCUMENTS **

ALL REQUIRED FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND UPLOADED AT REGISTRATION AS WELL AS TURNING IN ORGINAL AT FIRST PRACTICE

Birth Certificates are No Longer Accepted

** INTERESTED IN COACHING OR CURRENTLY A COACH FOR SPRING RUN THIS SPRING SEASON **

All Coaching Staff MUST have a coaching card- coaching cards MUST be visible at ALL GAMES

Copy of your coaching card must be emailed to the football director at [email protected]

Original executed CQL Coaches Code of Conduct REQUIRE - MUST turn in original executed form to director - COPY is NOT accepted

CQL Coaches Code of Conduct

All new coaches will be required to go through the new background check process, which includes fingerprinting. All approved individuals will be sent a national background check card with an expiration date of three years.

To obtain a coaches card an in person background check conducted by Chesterfield police is required. Process takes about 5 minutes, filling out a form and getting finger printed. Click the link for more info.
