2026 Spring Run Cheerleading - (Spring 7 on 7)

ELIGIBILITY: Ages 5 -14 as of September 30th, 2025

REGISTRATION: T-shirt, Bow, and Shorts to be provided

Flags, Minors, Juniors, Seniors - $100

FEES: Payment is required at time of registration - (online, cash, or check made payable to Spring Run Athletic Association)

MEMBERSHIP: $50.00 per family for the first year/$20 renewal per family, per calendar school year (SRAA membership year is July 1st - June 30th)

Spring Run Cheer Calendar - Primary communication will be via StackTeamApp. Invite will be sent out at registration. Contact can also come via email, questions or concerns can be submitted to [email protected]

Two practices a week from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm at the Spring Run bus loop, starting March 9th.

Tentatively set for Monday/Wednesday for Spring Season.

Season will focus on fundamentals, cheers, and some tumbling. We are currently looking for coaches.

7 on 7 Practice Schedule - Spring Run Bus Loop

Mondays 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Wednesdays 6:00 pm -7:30 pm

PENDING - Football games - Game details CQL schedule - 5 weeks of games and one tournament day.

Week 1 - April 11, 2026
Week 2 - April 18, 2026
Week 3 - April 25, 2026
Week 4 - May 2, 2026
Week 5 - May 9, 2026
Playoffs Start May 11,2026
Championship Games - May 16, 2026

Please be sure to include your CCL Medical Form. This is necessary to finish registering. Forms can be turning in hard copy at first practice. Spring Run Athletic Association Bylaws will also need to be acknowledged as "read" during the registration process.

Eligibility Cheerleader Age:

FLAG - Age 5-7 (10/1/17-9/30/20)
MINOR - Age 8-9 (10/1/15-9/30/17)
JUNIOR - Age 10-11 (10/1/13-9/30/14)
SENIOR - Age 12-14 (10/1/10-9/30/12)

Spring Run Cheerleading Forms

All cheerleaders are required to sign a medical waiver to be submitted with registration in order to participate.

Interested in being a Coach!?

ALL coaching staff MUST have a coaches card approved through Chesterfield County.

All those interested in coaching and some volunteer positions will be required to go through the
new background check process, which includes fingerprinting.
